Proposals for 22 new houses near The Glebe, Burwash

George Arthur of The Glebe in Burwash has applied for pre-application advice from Rother District Council about 22 new houses in his field. The field is on the left of the A265 as you enter Burwash village from Etchingham at the 30mph sign.

Rother District Council suggest the applicant contact Burwash Parish Council for the Parish Council to consider including the site in the draft Neighbourhood Plan. Details of the proposals are below.

Burwash: Save our Fields will evaluate the proposal and then invite comments from its members and the local community. No decision about supporting or opposing this proposal will be made until the consultation procedure is concluded. No face to face meeting can take place at the moment. The Group will try to ensure that those without good Internet skills are not disadvantaged and can make a full contribution about this site.
